5. *Resist devil and his work. *
Part of God’s will for our lives is purging habitual sin from our life. If you are giving room for sin in any areas, you won’t be able to effectively resist the Devil.
James‬ ‭4:7‬ “Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”
It is most important to resist devil and his work. His work may appear it many different form, but be vigilant and make sure whatever we do, it is pleasing to God. We should not be entertain devil or should not be an instrument to his work.

6. Be encouraged and understand the truth.
1 Corinthians 10:13 “No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.”
Knowing what your personal triggers are and finding ways to cope with them or avoid them is the best line of defense to guard your recovery.

7. Re-assess the situation.
Take a moment to re-assess the situation. Believe that the Lord is with us and we have reached the current platform by His grace and not by our ability. Try to see situation through the eyes of the Lord. If the Lord is with us who can stand against us. 1 John 4:4 Trust in Him and be courageous to respond according the promise of the Lord. You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.
Now that you understand that the issue is not your issue and it is taken over by our Lord Jesus. Take a deep breath and visualize that Lord is solving ourselves r issues.

8. Control thoughts.
Philippians‬ ‭4:8‬ “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.”
‭‭if a person can obey and follow the above Word, Jesus’ living and healing Word is the guarantee that he/she never fall into any internal illness.

Prayer: Abba Father, thank you for sending Your only son and redeemed us from slavery. Jesus, You came down to earth and You become the Way to the Heavenly Father. Let us walk in You. Lord Jesus, You know my burdens. I lay them all on Your Good Shepherd’s hand. I beseech You — by the merits of the great, open wound in Your heart — to heal every wounds that are in mine. Heal the pain of my min, soul, Spirit and memories, so that nothing that has happened to me will cause me to remain in pain and anguish, filled with anxiety. Thank You for healing me and delivering me. I pray by he name of Jesus. Amen.
