11. God’s Promises of plenty of posterity.

1. God love, bless and multiply our work, womb, grain, oil and everything required for us
Deuteronomy 7:13 He will love you and bless you and multiply you; He will also bless the fruit of your womb and the fruit of your ground, your grain and your new wine and your oil, the increase of your herd and the young of your flock, in the land which He swore to your forefathers to give you.

2. God bless us and make us a fruitful one
Genesis 17:20 As for Ishmael, I have heard you; behold, I will bless him, and will make him fruitful and will multiply him exceedingly He shall become the father of twelve princes, and I will make him a great nation.

3. God promised to Abraham to bless all His descendants – we are blessed and we are the inheritors of Abraham through Jesus
Genesis 15:18 On that day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, “To your descendants I have given this land, From the river of Egypt as far as the great river, the river Euphrates:
Genesis 26:24 The LORD appeared to him the same night and said, “I am the God of your father Abraham; Do not fear, for I am with you I will bless you, and multiply your descendants, For the sake of My servant Abraham.”
Genesis 15:5 And He took him outside and said, “Now look toward the heavens, and count the stars, if you are able to count them ” And He said to him, “So shall your descendants be.”
Genesis 22:17-18 I will surely bless you and make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky and as the sand on the seashore. Your descendants will take possession of the cities of their enemies, and through your offspring all nations on earth will be blessed, because you have obeyed me.
Romans 4:18 Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations, just as it had been said to him, “So shall your offspring be.”

4. Lord promise to increase our ‘number’
Leviticus 26:9 ‘I will look on you with favour and make you fruitful and increase your numbers, and I will keep my covenant with you.

Prayer: Dear Abba Father, We praise You for Your divine promises of posterity. We thank You for Your protection and care over our families and us. We thank You for promoting us to become an inheritors of Abraham through Jesus. We Thank You that You give us the power to love well; the wisdom to lead and teach Your children. We know You are in us, with us and upon us; that You fight for us every day. You are our Redeemer, Restorer, and Friend. We confess, some days, ‘serving’ is tough. Many days we can feel anxious or overwhelmed. We ask that You would make us more like You, more aware of Your constant Presence in our lives. Help us to release our children to You, so that You are free to fully accomplish all that You desire, in them, through them. We believe that You have a divine treasury, fill us from your abundance. Please fill our children with Your truth and cover us with Your divine favor. We pray by the name of Jesus. Amen
