LEARN and PRACTICE the WORD of GOD

Divine Healing from the Inner Wounds…

Humility

(Continuation from yesterday..)
5. Gently calm the soul
Humble people are better able to cope with anxiety. They will be able to face every circumstances with patience. Patience is one of the fruit of humbleness. Humble people will not harm or blame others. Instead of erecting self-defenses against other people or things, humble people tend to find it providing a useful perspective on life and how it should be lived. Jesus is so humble and He humbled himself till His death but death can’t sustain Him so he resurrected. Similarly all humble people will raise and witness them to the world.
6. Excellence in leadership.
Humble leaders are not only better liked, as you might imagine, but they are also more effective. Humbleness a divine characteristic. A successful leader will impart the gift of humbleness to others. Humble leaders will make others work peacefully and professionally. The humble not only make better managers, but they also make better employees. A study of employees’ supervisors found that being honest and humble was a good predictor of people’s job performance.
7. Humbleness produces high self-control
Having high self-control is one key to a successful life. Oddly, perhaps, studies have found that an obsession with the self can paradoxically lead to lower self-control. The humble, though, because they place less importance on the self, exhibit higher self-control in many situations. Perhaps this is partly due to the fact that humble people tend to know their limits.
8. Less prejudice
One of the characteristics of being humble is having a low sense of entitlement. Humble people don’t think they are owed things. This leads to a less prejudiced view of the world, encouraging  them to be tolerant to others and less defensive about their own beliefs.
9. More helpful
Humble people are, on average, more helpful than people who are conceited or egotistical. Humble people are more likely to offer help, and offered more of their time, to those in need. Unsurprisingly, humble people have also been found to be more generous. Humble people always receive support from others.
10. Better relationships
Humble people may have better relationships because they accept other people for who they are.
Humble people give space to others so communications will be easy.
Humble people listens gently.
Humble people solve problems amicably.
Humble people will be always successful.
Humble people give enough time to others.
Humble people overcomes anger
Humble people always will have encounter with God
11. Godly humility is being comfortable with who you are in the Lord and therefore putting others first. The picture of humility in the Bible is one of a strong person who loves others, not someone who is a wimp.
Philippians 2:3 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves.

Prayer: Abba Father, we thank You for sending your only begotten Son, Jesus Christ into the world to teach us how to  live a humble life. Lord Jesus, Your meekness hindered the arrogant from grasping Your purpose; Your nobleness for attending the lame, the sick, the deaf, the blind, the prostitutes, the law-breakers, the teachers of the law, and all other sinners. Teach us to subject ourselves into this humility of Yours. Grant us the strength not to view ourselves as the greatest but as the children of God. Banish all hatred, evil, fear, sickness, diseases, doubt, anger, Satan’s attacks, and all that are not of Your kingdom and never to enter our lives. We pray this in the Mighty name to Abba our Father, Amen.
