God is a living God – He hears, sees, knows, feels, wills, acts, and has a personality.

God’s Promises spiritual gifts to strengthen His people

11.130 The Lord will mount up His people, so wait for Him
Isaiah 40:31  Yet those who wait for the LORD Will gain new strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles, They will run and not get tired, They will walk and not become weary.

11.131 God promises to strengthen us with His “FULL” power
Colossians 1:11  strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for the attaining of all steadfastness and patience; joyously

11.132 God again and again assures His promised presence and protection
Isaiah 41:10  ‘Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’

11.133 God promise to grant EVERYTHING according to His RICHES
Ephesians 3:16  that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man,

11.134 God promises His presence around us with His strength
2 Samuel 22:40  “For You have girded me with strength for battle; You have subdued under me those who rose up against me.

11.135 *Lord is coming to us to fill us with His gift of discernment. *
Isaiah 28:5-6 A day is coming when the LORD Almighty will be like a glorious crown of flowers for his people who survive. He will give a sense of justice to those who serve as judges, and courage to those who defend the city gates from attack.

11.136 God is calling us to follow Him
Daniel 11:32 By deceit the king will win the support of those who have already abandoned their religion, but those who follow God will fight back.

Prayer: Abba Father, I pray that You would light a spark of true forgiveness and mercy in our heart.. towards all those that have harmed or hurt us, whether deliberately or unintentionally, knowing that it is not only Your will for us to show godly mercy towards others but also that we become equal beneficiaries.. when our heart is flooded with mercy and forgiveness. Root out I pray any lingering bitterness or malice that is lurking within our heart and may the godly fruit of mercy and love bud and blossom into the true fruit of righteousness – to Your honour and glory. This I ask in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.
