The personality of God
God is a living God – He hears, sees, knows, feels, wills, acts, and has a personality.
11. God express His feelings in our lives
11.12 God promote us to become a royal priesthood, a holy nation, special people one who preach His good work
1 Peter 2:9. “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.”
11.13 God adopted us as His own child
Ephesians 1:4-5 “Just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will …”
11.14 God wants us to Know the Truth
1 Timothy 2:3-4 “For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.” .
2 Peter 1:3-4. “… as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.”
11.15 God will sponsor us to become a special treasure
Exodus 19:5 “Now then, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people; for all the earth is Mine.”.
11.16 God is the companion on our exodus
Joshua 1:9 “Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” .
Deuteronomy 31:8 “And the Lord, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.” .
11.17 God has an unbreakable love covenant with us
Romans 8:38-39 “For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Prayer: Father, You are the Most High God, the only true and living God. You are excellent in all of Your ways. You reign in heaven and on earth. The heavens are Your throne and the earth is Your footstool. Lord, You are good and Your mercy endures forever. You are the great I An Who I Am, the Everlasting Father, a Mighty God, the Prince of Peace and a Wonderful Counselor. You are our Creator, Redeemer, Savior, and Sustainer. We give thanks to You for You are faithful even when we have been faithless. We thank You for Your word which gives us light and understanding. We thank You for giving us all things that pertain to life and godliness and for giving us all spiritual blessings in heavenly places. We exalt You, Lord God, and we love You and bless Your Name. Amen.
