Handling anger is an important life skill. Anger can shatter communication, relationship, confidence and peace. Anger ruins both the joy and health of many. Thankfully, God’s Word contains principles regarding how to handle anger in a godly manner, and how to overcome sinful anger.

Our anger or others anger may be a reason for inner wounds.
Anger has many different type of faces:- Assertive anger, Behavioural anger, Chronic anger, Judgmental anger, Overwhelmed anger, Passive-aggressive anger, Retaliatory anger, Self-abusive anger, Verbal anger, Volatile anger, Silent anger, Explosive and blowing up anger, Irritability, exasperation or embitterment anger .
Psychologically or philosophically, anger may have different faces, but as God’s children, we can all make this journey to change harmful behavior. The following tips will certainly help you to overcome sinful anger and see sustained fruit.
Generally speaking all Anger are not ends up in sin. But it is important to recognize that anger at an injustice inflicted against oneself is also appropriate. Anger has been said to be a warning flag—it alerts us to those times when others are attempting to or have violated our boundaries. God cares for each individual. But we may not always stand up for one another, meaning that sometimes we must stand up for ourselves. This is especially important when considering the anger that victims often feel. Victims of abuse, violent crime, or the like have been violated in some way. Often while experiencing the trauma, they do not experience anger. For a victim to reach a place of true health and forgiveness, he or she must first accept the trauma for what it was. In order to fully accept that an act was unjust, one must sometimes experience anger. Because of the complexities of trauma recovery, this anger is often not short-lived, particularly for victims of abuse. Victims should process through their anger and come to a place of acceptance, even forgiveness. This is often a long journey. As God heals the victim, the victim’s emotions, including anger, will follow. Let us learn Anger notes from Bible

Anger Put Jesus on the Cross
The anger of man and God’s wrath for all our sins culminated onto Jesus when he went to the cross to pay the penalty for sin
Acts 2:22–24 “Fellow Israelites, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know. 23 This man was handed over to you by God’s deliberate plan and foreknowledge; and you, with the help of wicked men,[d] put him to death by nailing him to the cross. 24 But God raised him from the dead, freeing him from the agony of death, because it was impossible for death to keep its hold on him.

Certain anger, is a Life-dominating Sin
Anger is also behave like an “addiction” and many become enslaved to anger. It temporarily satisfies our sinful desire and flesh, yet we feel guilty and ashamed when we give full vent to it. It’s a vicious cycle of self-destruction. Are you stuck in a vicious cycle of anger? If so, you can be set free.
1 Corinthians 6:9–11 Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men[a] 10 nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

Prayer: Abba Father and heavenly Lord I know that prayer is the breath of helplessness. I know that there is nothing is impossible to you. My God and Lord Jesus, I accept and admit that there is anger in my heart and I cannot root it out by myself. I know that I should calm down and offer the hurt and disappointment to You but my emotion is running away with me. Help me to overcome this weakness and give me peace of heart as well as mind. Let me learn from this experience and grow into a better human being. I rebuke the spirit of anger and accept the Spirit of Jesus. Jesus, I surrender my spirit, soul and body unto Your hand. I declare that I am completely washed, sanctified and justified in the Name of Jesus, Blood of Jesus and the Spirit of Jesus. I pray by the name of Jesus. Amen.
